Sports Day 2019 took place on Wednesday 19 June at Youth Sport Omagh. This was the second time using the facilities at Youth Sport for our Sports Day and it turned out to be very successful. With the forecast giving rain for the afternoon, we were very lucky to get through all events before the rain came and finished off our day at Youth Sport with a barbecue lunch for all in attendance. In the afternoon we returned to Omagh High School for our Sports awards where recognition was given not only to the medal winners on the day, but also to all the sporting disciplines carried out throughout the year.
Sincere thanks to all members of the PE department who helped to organise the heats and the events on the day. Special mention must also go to all staff for supervising on the day and to the canteen staff for organising and supplying such great food for everyone.
