Y12 Interview Event

On Thursday 12th March we hosted our Interview Skills Day for Year 12. The day started with Young Enterprise running a ‘You’re Hired’ session. Pupils learnt lots of valuable information about how to complete application forms and CVs, as well as lots of tips for interviews.  

In the afternoon pupils participated in a mock interview with a representative from a local business or organisation.  

This was an excellent opportunity for pupils to practise their interview skills and get feedback from experienced interviewers. 

Sincere thanks to all those who attended our event and interviewed our pupils. The guidance and expertise you provided our pupils was invaluable.  

We had representatives from Foyle Food Group, Fox Contracts, Sandvik, JMG Systems, Watson and Colhoun, Fane Valley, Wattersons and CRAFT. 

Congratulations to all pupils who took part, and a special mention must go to those pupils who were ‘hired’ by their interviewer. Well done!
